Welcome to KINESTRA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of any KINESTRA products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We've written them in plain English on purpose.

1. Who we are

KINESTRA is an online retailer of home recovery and wellness devices, operating from Australia and selling worldwide. Contact: see the Contact page.

2. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase; it's accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund and an explanation. Orders may be cancelled or edited by you within 6 hours of purchase (Order Processing & the 6-Hour Window).

3. Prices, currency & payment

Prices are listed in AUD; checkout may display and charge an equivalent in your local currency, shown before you confirm. Taxes are included where applicable; international duties are the recipient's responsibility (Shipping & Custom Duties). Payment is processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 providers over 256-bit SSL; we do not store card details. See Pricing & Transparency.

4. Shipping & risk

Delivery estimates, rates and insurance are described in Shipping & Delivery. All shipments are insured; risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.

5. Returns, refunds & warranty

Our 30-day return policy and 12-month warranty are set out in the Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law or mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

6. Product use & safety

KINESTRA products are wellness and recovery devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, implanted devices, or take photosensitising medication. Always follow the included instructions.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — text, product names, images, branding — belongs to KINESTRA or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful content in reviews or messages.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privacy Act, the EU/UK GDPR (for European customers: lawful-basis processing, access/erasure/portability rights, no sale of data) and the California CCPA/CPRA (for Californian customers: right to know, delete, correct and opt out — we do not sell personal information). 10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer-guarantee regimes.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the version live at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction.
