Order Processing & The 6-Hour Window

KINESTRA runs on automated fulfilment: the moment you order, our system gets your device moving. That speed is great for delivery — but it means changes have a deadline. Here's how it works.

The 6-hour cancellation & address-edit window

For 6 hours after checkout, your order is fully editable. Within this window you can:

  • Cancel for a full, immediate refund
  • Correct or change your shipping address
  • Change a colour/variant or add an item

To use it, email us (subject: "ORDER CHANGE + your order number"). Requests inside the window are guaranteed.

After 6 hours

Your order is locked into the fulfilment queue and dispatch begins. We can no longer guarantee changes — though if dispatch hasn't physically happened we'll always try. If a change is no longer possible, you're still protected by the 30-day return policy once your order arrives.

Why the lock exists

Automated dispatch is how your order leaves within 24–48 hours and how we keep prices where they are. A locked queue can't be re-opened without delaying every other customer's parcel — so we'd rather be honest about the deadline than pretend flexibility we don't have.

“You have 6 hours after purchase to cancel or edit this order (including your delivery address). After that, your order enters automated dispatch and can no longer be changed — email us via the Contact page within the window if anything needs fixing.”
