Order processing (24–48 hours)
Orders are confirmed instantly by email and dispatched from our fulfilment hub within 24–48 business hours. You have a 6-hour window after purchase to cancel or edit your shipping address — details on the Order Processing & 6-Hour Window page. Once your parcel leaves the hub, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
How your parcel travels
KINESTRA ships directly from our manufacturing partners' hubs rather than holding costly local stock — that's a big part of how we keep clinical-grade devices at a fair price. Your parcel travels: fulfilment hub → international carrier → customs (international orders) → your local postal/courier network → your door. Every shipment is insured against loss and damage at no extra cost.

- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU: 8–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are realistic ranges, not best-case marketing. Most orders arrive sooner; a small number hit carrier or customs delays — if yours passes the top of its range, contact us and we'll chase it.

Customs & import duties
Most orders under common de-minimis thresholds (e.g. US$800 to the US, €150 to the EU for duties) clear customs without charges. If your country applies import VAT or duty above its threshold, that charge is set by your government, not by us, and is payable by the recipient. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned, we refund the product price minus the return-transit cost.
Tracking, step by step
- You receive a tracking email at dispatch (check spam/promotions if you don't see it).
- Click the link to follow your parcel.
- The first scan can take 24–72 hours to appear — this is normal and does not mean your parcel isn't moving.
